With sincere and humble apologies to any dietary restrictions you might have, we would like to introduce Boedo's very first edition: a tapa with cured morcilla with cheese, made specially for the art book fair Mediopán in Granada, Spain.

In Granada, tapas are free and included with your drink order. These are usually simple, straightforward dishes but rich flavor, and, in Mesón Casa Eloy, also very rich in composition.

Yes, the morcilla skin had mould. The interior was delicious.
